Package Your Items
Place your unworn sneakers in their original Koio box and dust bag, ensuring the outer shipping carton is securely taped.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
